ZENOVACORP.
ZenovaCorp was formed to create and meet the needs or challenges of developing areas worldwide; from consulting, finding equipment or restructuring a current business to run more efficiently to the expansion of communications, and new germicidal chemicals safe to the environment. ZenovaCorp was established to fill the need of each of the following divisions with the possibility of great growth and expansion. The construction and mining division was formed to provide equipment and consultants for the developing or established mines in rural areas around the world. Being able to meet equipment and small tool needs in the most remote locations globally. No tool is too big or too small. We offer a complete step-by-step business plan from find-lease-purchase-ship any type of equipment around the world to consulting on an existing business to reach maximum productivity and economical projection. Each business and its process will be looked at individually giving it the ability to be completely mechanized and self-sufficient anywhere in the world. This will be done with a complete group of consultants, from environmental impact consultation, safety consultation to marketing and sales. ZenovaCorp expanded their operations to include gem purchasing and cutting. We have concentrated our efforts on all the stones mined in Zambia. This virtually untapped area has an abundance of semi precious and precious gems. With our active gem licenses, through our Zambian shareholders, we have been able to acquire top quality stones for cutting. We have also continued with our ability to only buy the highest quality stones to provide a product that is untreated or unaltered from its natural state. ZenovaCorp does not heat treat, oil/resin infuse or filling, bleaching or irradiate to enhance any of their products. We have also created a small scale lapidary to cut all our stones, thus improving our quality control. The chemical marketing and sales division was started to introduce a line of environmentally safe chemicals for use in hospitals, schools or individual use. Pending the approval of the Ministry of Health for each country, this division and its use will be updated, as new information is available. The communications division was created to meet the needs of areas that are unable to achieve purchasing technology that is greatly needed to keep up with the events and happenings in our world. This division is ever changing and will be flexible depending on the needs of the area it is serving. Our primary purpose is to provide internet cafes, web hosting and long distance carriers in rural or underdeveloped areas.
Our mining division is in the market of finding, delivering, or supplying equipment large and small in and around rural areas to large or small mines. It is a concept in which we are structured to give the greatest services and products, which are hard to locate and ship. We have a database to identify potential new gem fields with the latest in GPR technologies. We have the ability to set up and implement an entire business profile and production plan from the ground floor to marketing.
Emerald production from the main pit with a projected forecast can produce the following (with a minimum capital requirement) of gem quality emeralds based on 2KG/month worth 300,000 US based on (150.00/gram) According to the Mines and Minerals Act (fourth Schedule) the mine is deemed to have a turnover/hectare of ZMK360000 or (1,000). The mine is 36 hectares and worth 36HA x1, 000 US per year (reserve value). Part XII Investment incentives: 96. Any investment in mining, including prospecting, by the holder of a mining right shall attract the deductions from income tax. 97. The holder shall be entitled to exemption from customs and excise duties, and from any other duty or imposed levy under the customs and excise act, in respect of all machinery and equipment including specialized motor vehicles as investment. 98. No tax shall be payable by the holder in respect of the sale of any mineral, within the meaning of the mineral royalty act no.32, 1994, won in the course of any prospecting or mining activities carried on under the mining right. Our chemical marketing and sales division fills the niche for areas who are bombarded with disease and sickness and lacking substantial medical services. By using environmentally safe chemicals to prevent any further problems futuristically. The communications division speaks for itself when it brings the world to one place. Communication between family, friends and business is made easier.
ZenovaCorp will offer specialty equipment through lease/purchase rental to customers for harvesting of precious metals and gems with consultants to help target special need equipment, site evaluation and profiles for safety standards. This will provide maximum productivity and support needed by each individual customer. For every division, our consultants will provide support on marketing, advertising, production and sales. Our team of seasoned managers and experts with varying backgrounds and expertise will track production and revenue generated with the goal of setting up a complete, secure company structure to leave the small miner with the ability to be self-sufficient.
ZenovaCorp’s chemical marketing and sales division will provide a product easy to use and understand. This product will aid in the prevention of many illnesses and sickness prevalent in rural African areas. This division is contingent on approval from the local Health Departments, Ministry of Health, etc.
